All orders placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Accu-line Industries Australia prior to an official purchase being made.

To protect your details, we use 128-bit shared SSL security. However, while we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity and security of the server, we cannot guarantee the server will be free from unauthorised use or hacking.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, Accu-line Industries Australia reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

PAYMENT
ONLINE - At this point in time we only accept payment online via PayPal.

DIRECT DEPOSIT – You have the option of direct depositing funds into our account – please note funds MUST CLEAR before goods are released.

Once we process your order, all customer credit card details are deleted and no record of such is held.

FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD USAGE
We have no means of determining a card-holder’s authenticity at any stage during the order process, therefore Accu-line Industries Australia shall not be held liable or in any way responsible for fraudulent credit-card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products. Nor will we be liable for refund of monies, in part or full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) AND OTHER GOVERNMENT DUTIES
A Goods and Services Tax of 10% applies to all products within our cart for orders shipped to an Australian address and will be automatically added when your order is processed. International sales are not liable for GST. However, please note that some countries may impose customs duty or taxes on imported goods. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs agency for further information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer a $7 flat rate shipping charge *excludes bulk orders – please contact us directly at orders@accu-line.com.au for a shipping quote.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
Please note that Accu-line Industries Australia only permits the return of UN-OPENED/UN-USED products due to OUR shipping or order processing error and that all other sales are final.

Before returning any Product subject to the clause above, you must contact us either via telephone on 02 9826 8464 between 9.00am and 5.30pm (EST) Monday to Friday- excluding public holidays OR via email orders@accu-line.com.au to make arrangements for return of the Product. We will organise for a courier to pick up the product/s from you. You must return the Product in its original packaging. We will then refund the price paid for the Product/s you have returned upon receipt of product by Accu-line Industries Australia.
